Two days in a row that Saskatchewan has been in the news. First, Meadow Creek will become the province's 14th city on Nov.9th, due to its population estimate exceeding 5000 according to the latest census figures. Now, the province will be introducing legislation this fall that will ban the use of hand-held devices for talking and texting. Is this their way of staying in the public eye now that "Corner Gas" is off the air?

You may be on to something with the corner gas angle. My only comment is that it sounds to me that maybe the cell-phone isn't the hand-held devices they need to ban it's the liquor bottles because whoever thought that one up must have been sauced.
