On Friday, December 7, 2012, police arrested a man in connection with a mischief investigation.

14 Division Community Response Officers have received ongoing community concerns of spray-paint graffiti and tagging in the Annex, Kensington Market  and Bloordale areas.

It is alleged that:
- while police were actively searching laneways and adjacent properties in the Harbord Street/Spadina Avenue area, officers spotted the accused spray-painting private property.
- the accused's graffiti is distinctive and usually includes a cartoon like ‘White Rabbit’ and/or the name ‘Poser"

Eric Kristmanson, 21, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) 17 counts of Mischief Under.
